I'm a Japan-based voice narrator and JTF-certified arts & culture translator with over 600 projects delivered across 20+ countries — from Germany to India, North America to Southeast Asia.
My specialization sits at the intersection of art, language, and sound. Museum audio guides, documentary narration, meditation content, corporate videos: projects where the voice needs to do more than fill silence.
What sets me apart is simple: I came to narration through translation. That means before I record a single word, I've already asked — who is listening, and what do they need to feel? The script gets shaped around that answer, not the other way around.

Process
Define the listener
Not just "adult audience." I build a specific portrait — the age, lifestyle, emotional state of who will hear this. A whisky drinker who prefers home to bars. A museum visitor standing before a 17th-century painting. The voice finds the person.
Shape the script
As a translator and bilingual narrator, I'm able to request script revisions that serve the recording — timing adjustments, cultural nuance, emotional resonance. The text is part of the performance.
Mark every breath
Before recording, I annotate the script by hand — breath placements, pacing shifts, and one anchor word per section: the single word the listener must not miss.
Record & deliver
Studio-grade recording in my home booth. Adobe Audition editing. Delivered in WAV or MP3 to your specification, with fast turnaround and clear communication throughout.

Every project is edited and noise-reduced in Adobe Audition before delivery. You receive broadcast-ready files — not raw takes.
